Billy Aircon offers annual maintenance contracts and servicing packages for homes and businesses. We have served Singapore since 2003, work island-wide, and are open Monday to Saturday from 9am to 6pm.
Who a contract suits
Regular servicing is the cheapest way to keep an aircon running well. A contract makes sense for households that want it handled without remembering to book, and for offices and commercial premises where downtime costs money. We service HDB flats, condominiums, landed properties and commercial premises, including commercial VRF and VRV systems.
Yearly contract prices (quarterly visits)
Our annual contracts cover four servicing visits a year at locked-in rates:

Single-unit homes are better served by one-time servicing - a contract is not available for 1 unit.

What you get
Each contract is a set schedule of standard servicing visits across the year. For larger sites, standard servicing starts from $16 per unit when you have 10 or more units, so the per-unit cost comes down the more units you cover. We tell you the schedule and the price before you sign, with no hidden fees and no middlemen.
For offices and commercial premises
For commercial sites we maintain office and building air-conditioning, including VRF and VRV systems, on a regular contract. We run two emergency teams with a 24-hour response guarantee, so a unit that fails between scheduled visits gets seen quickly.
Our work is covered
Every servicing visit comes with a 90-day workmanship warranty. If something is not right, we come back and re-fix it free.
