2 units -$55 The most common package for 2-room and 3-room HDB flats. You save significantly compared to servicing each unit individually.
3 units -$70 Ideal for 4-room HDB flats and smaller condos. Three units serviced in one visit for maximum convenience.
4 units -$85 Popular among 5-room HDB flat and executive apartment owners. Four units serviced thoroughly in approximately 90 minutes.
5 units -$100 Suited for larger condos and executive maisonettes. Five units serviced at just $20 per unit.

All prices quoted are before 9% GST and apply to standard wall-mounted split units (9,000 to 24,000 BTU). Ceiling cassette, ducted, and commercial systems are quoted separately based on the unit type and accessibility.
